• Delivery Area We currently offer delivery across Abu Dhabi.
• Processing Time All cakes are freshly made to order. Please allow 24–48 hours for preparation before delivery.
• Delivery Time Delivery time slots may vary based on your selected date and location. We always strive to deliver within the requested timeframe.
• Shipping Charges Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Free delivery is available on orders above AED 200.
• Same-Day / Urgent Orders For urgent or same-day delivery requests, please contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.
• Customer Responsibility Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
• Delivery Attempts If the recipient is unavailable, our team will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional charges may apply.
